resep makanan spageti dari itay

Bahan:

• 250 gr pasta spageti *angel hair
• 250 gr udang, buang kulit dan kepalanya, sisakan ekornya

Saus:

• 1 sdm margarin
• 1 buah bawang bombay, cincang kasar
• 5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
• 12 sdm saus tomat,
• 2 sdm madu
• 8 sdm saus cabai pedas botolan
• garam secukupnya
• merica bubuk secukupnya
• 150 ml air

Cara membuat:

• rebus air hingga mendidih
• masukkan sesendok minyak goreng
• masukkan spaghetti, rebus hingga al dente (matang), tiriskan

Sausnya:

1. panaskan margarin hingga leleh, dan tambahkan bawang bombay dan bawang putih tumis hingga tercium aroma wangi

2. tambahkan udang tumis kembali, masukan saus tomat dan saus sambal yang telah di takar.

3. masukan garam dan merica secukupnya, bila agak kering masukan airnya

nb: bila tidak ingin pedas, jangan menggunakan saus sambal

*Angel Hair adalah jenis spaghetti dengan diameter yang lebih tipis/halus dibanding diameter spaghetti

Bahan

• 1.250 ml air
• 50 gram buah melinjo yang tua, cuci bersih
• 100 gram nangka muda
• 2 buah jagung manis, potong melintang

Haluskan

• 7 butir bawang merah
• 5 buir kemiri, sangrai
• 3 buah cabai merah
• 1 sdt terasi goreng
• 2 sdt garam
• 2 sdt gula pasir

• 3 buah ibujari asam jawa (muda)
• 2 Lembar daun salam
• 3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
• 100 gram labu siam, potong-potong
• 7 utas kacang panjang, potong-potong
• 1 tongkol jagung manis, potong-potong
• 1 ikat kecil daun melinjo

Cara membuat

• 1. didihkan air bersama buah melinjo, nangka, bumbu yang dihaluskan, daun salam, lengkuas, dan asam muda sampai harum dan nangka mulai matang. Angkat asam mudanya, kemudian pecahkan. Masukkan kembali ke dalam panci sayur.
  2. masukkan labu siam, kacang panjang, jagung manis, dan daun melinjo. Masak sampai mendidih dan sayuran matang. Angkat, sajikan.

Bahan

• 3 ekor ikan mas segar, ukuran sedang
• 2 sdt garam
• 2 butir jeruk nipis, ambil airnya

Haluskan

• 12 butir bawang merah
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 3 cm kunyit
• 2 cm jahe
• 1 cm lengkuas
• 2 batang serai, ambil bagian putih
• 1 sdt garam
• 1 sdt gula pasir, jika suka

• ½ sdt ragi instant, siap pakai
• 2 tangkai kemangi, petiki daunnya
• 2 batang daun bawang, iris melintang ½ cm
• 15 buah cabai rawit merah utuh
• 3 batang serai, ambil bagian putih, potong melintang 5 cm
• 6 lembar daun salam
• Daun pisang batu untuk membungkus

Cara membuat

• 1. bersihkan ikan, kerat kedua sisinya. Lumuri badan ikan luar dalam dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 menit.
  2. aduk rata bumbu halus, ragi, kemangi, daun bawang, cabai rawit, dan serai. Isikan sebagian bumbu di dalam perut ikan, dan sisanya oleskan pada badan ikan.
  3. ambil dua lembar daun pisang, taruh 2 lembar daun salam dan ikan berbumbu diatasnya. Bungkus dan semat kedua ujungnya dengan lidi.
  4. kukus dalam dandang panas 2 jam sampai ikan empuk dan matang. Angkat, kemudian bakar/panggang di atas bara api.

Bahan:

• 1 kg beras ketan direndam dengan air selama 1 jam.
• 5 btr bawang putih dihaluskan
• 1 sendok teh terasi
• 1,5 sendok makan garam
• 400 cc air

Cara

• Ketan dikukus selama 30 menit, kemudian angkat.
• Aroni ketan dengan 400 cc air yang telah dicampur dengan gilingan bawang putih, terasi dan garam.
• Ketan dikukus kembali sampai matang (kira-kira 1 jam).
• Ambil 1 sendok makan ketan kemudian pipihkan di tampah.
• Jemur ketan yang telah dipipihkan tadi di tempat yang hangat selama 2 hari.
• Setelah kering siap untuk digoreng.
